A narrow tree with attractive cinnamon coloured flaking bark. Finely toothed dark green leaves turn orange, yellow and red in autumn. Pretty wide-opening, cupped white flowers in mid-summer. Height 20m. Spread 8m. Flowers from June to July. Deciduous.
