Late season variety for harvesting by mid December to January/February. Long holding ability. Performs best on fertile soils. Good resistance to leaf diseases. Good length stalks with medium sized dark buttons.

Also known as Flower sprout. An interesting combination of Brussels sprout and Kale, producing attractive "kale florets" on a sprout stalk. Grows as per mid season Brussels Sprout.
