    Lacy Tree Fern. Medium to large fast growing tree fern to 15 meters (49ft) in height with 12-inches (30cm) thick trunk .The apex of the trunk and unfurling crosiers are particularly attractive covered as they are with conspicuous long, silky straw coloured scales. The crown is widely spread and light green fronds may reach a length of 4-6 metres (13-20ft). Not hardy.

    Tree Fern A tree-like evergreen fern with large fronds, pale green at first darkening with age. Height 2-6m. Spread 1-2m. Evergreen in sheltered positions. Sheltered Site. Best grown in light shade with water applied to crown very frequently when first planted. Stuff crown with straw in winter and fleece small plants.
