A variegated form of this Asian shrub with fragrant small creamy white flowers in the summer. Probably not more that 10' tall, the variegation is a splashy creamy white and slows down the plant considerably. Best in well amended soil in part shade. More sensitive to salts, especially in Southern CA. Related to Camellias and like similar conditions.
